One-on-one personalized help for the challenges you are going through.
Together we will have a chance to dive deep into the areas you are feeling stuck in life. We may talk about experiences from your past or about difficulties that are coming up more recently. I am open, honest, non-judgmental and welcoming. I want you to feel comfortable in our work together but I also want you to feel challenged.
We will find a time to meet weekly so that we can really make progress on the areas of your life you aren’t happy with. Sometimes there will be homework (thinking, writing, practicing a skill, or reading about an issue brought up in session) for you to do outside of our meetings.
Meetings are sometimes serious and hard work but other times there will be laughter and you’ll be surprised with the ease of the discussion. We may touch on anxiety or worries you are having, relationship problems, the challenges of parenting, feelings of depression, dissatisfactions in your life, difficulty communicating, the impact of addiction on your life or the life of a loved one, or trauma that has happened in your past.
Therapy is a way to make changes and I will help guide you.
